When ordering at www.industrial-Interior.com you automatically accept CTD Holding’s Terms & Conditions as stated below.
We do not ship our products outside the European Union.

1 Return Policy

Please contact Industrial Interior CPH before returning any items. You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in "new" condition, meaning in the same conditions as when bought. If the product is damaged it will not be refunded. The return policy does not apply to items refurbished/restored/manufactured on a special order or with custom modifications. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide a tracking number and a brief description of your case. www.industrial-interior.com suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

1.1 Shipping

To return your product, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to our sub-supplier if such is used, but directly to: Industrial Interior CPH, Bülowsvej 5B, 1870 Frederiksberg C, Denmark.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept packages sent to us with COD - cash on delivery. If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Refund Policy

www.industrial-interior.com will make a refund of eligible returns within 30 days after purchase. After that we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2.1 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.If you paid via brank transfer, you need your bank details to transfer the money back to your account. 2.2 Partial Refunds

We do not grant partial refunds.

2.3 Late or Missing Refunds

Be advised that it can take up to three weeks before you receive your refund as it needs to be processed by our transaction service operator, your credit card and and/or bank. If you haven't received your refund, start by contacting your credit card company and/or bank before contacting us. For refund contact use with us support@industrial-interior.com.

2.4 Sale Items

All products on sale can be refunded.

2.5 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@industrial-interior.com with your receipt attached before you ship your item. It should be addressed to Industrial interior CPH, Bülowsvej 5B, 1870 Frederiksberg C, Denmark.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 What do we do with your information?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's IP address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about you experiencer and use our site.

With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

3.6 One.com

Our store is hosted by One.com. They provide us with platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through One.com's data storage, databases and the general One.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

3.7 Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then our third-party payment gateway might use your credit card info for that purpose. See 3.9. At industrial Interior you can pay with VISA, MASTERCARD and American express. You can also pay via brank transfer. All prices at industrial-interior.com are given in EUR and DKK, and are incl. Danish VAT.

3.8 Customs and VAT

If you order from another EU member state you will only pay Danish VAT and no customs. If you are a company with a valid registered EU VAT number, you will not be charged VAT. We do not ship products from www.industrial-interior.com outside the European Union.

3.9 Third-party services

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. Copying, handing over, or utilising content for other purposes without prior consent by Industrial Interior CPH is illegal. We take provisio for any products that are out of stock, typing errors, changes in delivery from our sub-suppliers as well as delays from force majeure.

We reserve the right to modify our Terms & Conditions at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
